Sec. 1412. (a) Section 8005 of division A of Public Law 118–47 is 138 Stat. 481.amended by striking “$6,000,000,000” and inserting “$8,000,000,000”: Provided, That any transfer made pursuant to such section may not extend the period of availability of funds transferred beyond the period of availability for obligation of such funds as provided to such funds in division A of Public Law 118–47. (b) Notwithstanding section 1101, section 8005 of division A of Public Law 118–47 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this Act by substituting “$8,000,000,000” for the dollar amount in such section.
