Sec. 1908. Notwithstanding section 1101 of this Act, the level for the following accounts shall be applied as follows: (1) Under the heading “Department of Labor—Employment and Training Administration—Training and Employment Services”, 139 STAT. 33 by substituting “$3,898,587,000” for “$4,006,421,000”, by substituting “$969,255,000” for “$1,077,089,000”, and by substituting “$0” for “$107,834,000”. (2) Under the heading “Department of Health and Human Services—Health Resources and Services Administration—HRSA-Wide Activities and Program Support”, by substituting “$219,588,000” for “$1,110,376,000” and by substituting “$0” for “$890,788,000”. (3) Under the heading “Department of Health and Human Services—Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration—Health Surveillance and Program Support”, by substituting “$138,155,000” for “$210,245,000” and by substituting “$0” for “$72,090,000”. (4) Under the heading “Department of Health and Human Services—Administration for Children and Families—Children and Families Services Programs”, by substituting “$14,789,089,000” for “$14,829,100,000” and by substituting “$0” for “$40,011,000”. (5) Under the heading “Department of Health and Human Services—Administration for Community Living—Aging and Disability Services Programs”, by substituting “$2,435,832,000” for “$2,465,100,000” and by substituting “$0” for “$29,268,000”.
