Sec. 11108. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the following provisions included in title I of division A of Public Law 118–42 shall not apply to funds made available by this Act: the first and last provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Army”; the first and last provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Navy and Marine Corps”; the first and last provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Air Force”; the second and third provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Defense-Wide”, the first and second provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Army National Guard”; the first and second provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Air National Guard”; the first and second provisos under the heading “Military 139 STAT. 36 Construction, Army Reserve”; the first proviso under the heading “Military Construction, Navy Reserve”; and the first and second provisos under the heading “Military Construction, Air Force Reserve”.
