SEC. 148. PRESERVATION OF RETIRED KC–10 AIRCRAFT.(a) In General.—The Secretary of the Air Force shall preserve each retired KC–10 aircraft in the same storage condition in which such aircraft was preserved as of September 30, 2025. (b) Authority to Dispose of Preserved Aircraft.—A KC–10 aircraft preserved under subsection (a) may be disposed of in accordance with chapter 5 of title 40, United States Code.
