SEC. 862. REPEAL OF LIMITATIONS ON CERTAIN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE EXECUTIVE AGENT AUTHORITY. Section 1792 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115–232; 132 Stat. 2238; 50 U.S.C. 4531 note) and section 226 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 (Public Law 115–91; 50 U.S.C. 4531 note) are repealed.
