INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION CENTERS.In any agreement entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration for an Industrial Application Center, the center shall be allowed to retain all client income without any 104 STAT. 3204deductions from appropriated funds received or to be received by that center.
