SEC. 2865. CLARIFICATION OF LAND CONVEYANCE, FORT HOOD, TEXAS. Section 2848(a) of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2005 (division B of Public Law 108–375; 118 Stat. 2140) is amended—139 STAT. 1326(1) by striking “the sole purpose” and inserting “the purpose”; and (2) by striking “an upper level (junior, senior, and graduate) university” and inserting “a university, which may include other activities that benefit the community,”.
