Section 4502 of title 46, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (i)(4) by striking “fiscal year 2023” and inserting “ each of fiscal years 2026, and 2027”; and (2) in subsection (j)(4) by striking “fiscal year 2023” and inserting “each of fiscal years 2026, and 2027.”.139 STAT. 1762
