Interagency Law Enforcement interagency crime and drug enforcement For necessary expenses for the identification, investigation, and prosecution of individuals associated with the most significant drug trafficking organizations, transnational organized crime, and money laundering organizations not otherwise provided for, to include inter-governmental agreements with State and local law enforcement agencies engaged in the investigation and prosecution of individuals involved in transnational organized crime and drug trafficking, $300,000,000, of which $50,000,000 shall remain available until expended: Provided, Reimbursement.That any amounts obligated from appropriations under this heading may be used under authorities available to the organizations reimbursed from this appropriation: Provided further, That any amounts obligated from appropriations under this heading shall only be available for the same purposes for which the amounts were obligated in fiscal year 2024.
