SEC. 205. REPORT. Section 376 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 274d) is amended in the first sentence, by striking “The Secretary” and all that follows through “publish” and inserting “Not later than February 10 of 1991 and of each second year thereafter, the Secretary shall publish, and submit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate.”.
