Sec. 209. (a) Section 10609(a)(1) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111–11)—123 Stat. 1395.(1) is amended by striking “$870,000,000” and inserting “$1,815,000,000”; and (2) Applicability.shall be applied by substituting “2026” for “2024”. (b) Section 10604(b)(3)(B) of the Northwestern New Mexico Rural Water Projects Act (subtitle B of title X of Public Law 111–11)123 Stat. 1389. is amended to read as follows: “MAXIMUM SHARE.—Notwithstanding subparagraph (A), the repayment obligation of the City shall not exceed $76,000,000”.
