Northwest Regional Commission

Northwest Regional Commission For expenses necessary to establish a Northwest Regional Commission located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, $1,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That amounts provided to the Northwest Regional Commission shall be used to carry out activities authorized for other regional Commissions by subtitle V of title 40, United States Code.
