SEC. 105. LIABILITY OF THE UNITED STATES. (A) Except with regard to the responsibilities assumed by the United States under section 102(E), and those set forth in section 1301 of the Act of February 12, 1929, 45 Stat. 1164, as amended, 25 U.S.C. 161a, the United States shall not bear any obligation or liability regarding the investment, management, or use of funds by the Tribes. (B) Except with regard to the responsibilities assumed by the United States under section 102(B), section 102(F)(3), section 103(A), section 103(D), section 103(F)(2), section 104(A)(1), and section 106, the United States shall not bear any obligation or liability for the implementation of the provisions of this Act.
