Sec. 232. Compliance. Notice. Public comment. Contracts.Time period.The Secretary shall comply with all process requirements, including public notice and comment, when seeking to revise any annual contributions contract: Provided, That the Secretary shall provide public housing authorities not less than 60 days for public comment, and the Secretary shall consider and respond to submitted comments.
