Sec. 240. Time period.Funds previously made available by the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2013 (Public Law 113–6) for initial project rental assistance contracts associated with the demonstration program under the heading “Housing for Persons with Disabilities” in the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2012 (Public Law 112–55) that were available for obligation through fiscal year 2016 are to remain available through fiscal year 2031 for the liquidation of valid obligations incurred in fiscal years 2013 through 2016.
