Sec. 109D. Of the unobligated balances of funds remaining from—(1) “Transportation Planning, Research, and Development” account in title I of division A of Public Law 111–117, $108,147.49 is hereby permanently rescinded; and (2) “Transportation Planning, Research, and Development” account in title I of division F of Public Law 108–199, $744,000 is hereby permanently rescinded.
