SEC. 109. TRANSFER OF DAIRY PRODUCTS TO THE MILITARY AND VETERANS HOSPITALS. Section 202 of the Agricultural Act of 1949 (7 U.S.C. 1446a) is amended by striking “1990” each place it appears in subsections (a) and (b) and inserting “1995”.
