SEC. 502. SUSPENSION OF BASE ACREAGE ALLOTMENTS, MARKETING QUOTAS. AND RELATED PROVISIONS. Sections 342, 343, 344, 345, 346, and 377 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 (7 U.S.C. 1342–1346 and 1377) shall not be applicable to any of the 1991 through 1995 crops of upland cotton.
