internet freedomSec. 7050. Of the funds appropriated by this Act, not less than $78,375,000 shall be made available for programs to promote Internet freedom globally, consistent with section 9707 of the Department of State Authorization Act of 2022 (title XCVII of division I of Public Law 117–263).
