SEC. 6404. NO SURPRISES ACT IMPLEMENTATION. Section 118(a) of division BB of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116–260) is amended—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “January 30, 2026” and inserting “December 31, 2026”; and (2) in paragraph (2)—(A) by striking “$14,000,000” and inserting “$42,100,000”; and (B) by striking “January 30, 2026” and inserting “December 31, 2026”.
