Sec. 312. Grants.Time period.Each award for grants under the heading “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Federal Assistance” for paragraphs (1) through (10) and (12), shall have a period of performance, as defined by 2 CFR 200.1, that shall be of not less than three years and not more than five years.
