Sec. 207. Surveillance systems.None of the funds made available for Border Security Assets and Infrastructure under the heading “U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction, and Improvements” in this Act or prior appropriations Acts shall be used for the procurement or deployment of surveillance systems that are not autonomous, as such term is defined in section 90004 of Public Law 119–21.
