AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 1443. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 1245 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3845) is amended to read as follows: “SEC. 1245. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “(a) Environmental Conservation Acreage Reserve Program and Water Quality Incentive Program.— There is authorized to be appropriated without fiscal year limitation such sums as may be necessary to carry out chapters 1 and 2 of subtitle D. Amounts available to carry out subtitle D before the date of enactment of this section shall remain available to carry out such chapters. “(b) Other Conservation Matters.— In addition to subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated without fiscal year limitation such sums as may be necessary to carry out subtitles (A) through (G), other than chapters 1 and 2 of subtitle D.”.
