Sec. 313. There are hereby authorized to be appropriated— (a) such sums, not exceeding $60,000,000, as may be necessary for carrying out the provisions and purposes of this title relating to community facilities and services in critical defense housing areas; and (b) such sums, not exceeding $50,000,000, as may be necessary for carrying out the provisions and purposes of this title relating to housing in critical defense housing areas.
