SEC. 1452. RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM. (a) Eligibility.— Section 1536 of the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 (16 U.S.C. 3459) is amended by striking “two hundred and twenty-five” and inserting “450”. (b) Authorization.— Section 1538 of the Agriculture and Food Act of 1981 (16 U.S.C. 3461) is amended by striking “for each of the five fiscal years beginning October 1, 1982, and ending September 30, 1987,” and inserting “for each of the fiscal years 1991 through 1995”.
