SEC. 1461. RELATION OF BENEFITS TO AGRICULTURE. The Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act of 1954 is amended in the third sentence of section 2 (16 U.S.C. 1002)— (1) by striking “Each such project” and all that follows through “1987,” and inserting “Each project”; and (2) by inserting after “agriculture” the following: “, including rural communities,”.
