Strategic Materials

Strategic Materials Sec. 514. In order to promote the increased production, in areas covered by this Act, of materials in which the United States is deficient, not to exceed $55,000,000 of the funds authorized to be appropriated pursuant to section 101 (a) (2) of this Act may be used pursuant to the authority contained in the Economic Cooperation Act of 1948, as amended (22 U. S. C. 1501–1522).
