Sec. 101. The authority granted to the Secretary of the Army by the Act of July 2, 1917 (40 Stat. 241), as amended, the Act of May 17, 1926 (44 Stat. 562), and section 7 of the Act of July 24, 1946 (60 Stat. 643), is hereby similarly granted to the Secretary of the Navy to be exercised with respect to the naval service of the United States. For the purpose of this section, the terms “military training camps”, and “military purposes” as used in the Forementioned Act of July 2, 1917, as amended, shall be deemed to include “naval training stations” and “naval purposes”, respectively.
