Sec. 203. All military, economic, and financial assistance shall be terminated when the President determines that the recipient country (1) is not effectively cooperating with the United States pursuant to this title, or (2) is failing to furnish to the United States information 65 Stat. 647 sufficient for the President to determine that the recipient country is effectively cooperating with the United States.
