sick leave Sec. 204. (a) Officers and employees to whom this title applies shall be entitled to sick leave with pay, which shall accrue on the basis of one-half day for each full biweekly pay period. (b) The sick leave provided for in this section, which is not used by an officer or employee during the year in which it accrues, shall accumulate and be available for use in succeeding years. (c) Not to exceed thirty days sick leave may be advanced in cases of serious disability or ailments and when required by the exigencies of the situation.
