SEC. 1939. NOTICE AND HEARINGS. Section 305 of the Potato Research and Promotion Act (7 U.S.C. 2614) is amended— (1) in the first sentence by striking “potato producers” and inserting “interested persons”; and (2) in the second sentence by striking “by potato producers or by any other interested person or persons, including the Secretary” and inserting “by any interested person, including the Secretary”.
