EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT Office of Defense Mobilization salaries and expenses For expenses necessary for the Office of Defense Mobilization, including compensation of the Director of Defense Mobilization at 65 Stat. 751 the rate of $22,500 per annum; printing and binding without regard to section 89 of the Act of January 12, 1895, as amended (44 U. S. C. 213); hire of passenger motor vehicles; reimbursement of the General Services Administration for security guard service; not to exceed $5,000 for emergency and extraordinary expenses, to be expended under the direction of the Director for such purposes as he deems proper, and his determination thereon shall be final and conclusive; and expenses of attendants at meetings concerned with the purposes of this appropriation; $1,711,250: Provided, That contracts under this appropriation for temporary or intermittent services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a), may be renewed annually.
