GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION emergency operating expenses For an additional amount for “Emergency operating expenses”, $9,250,000; and appropriations granted under this head for the fiscal year 1952 shall be available to enable the General Services Administration to carry out its functions arising out of the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended.
