Defense Community Facilities and Services For the provision of defense community facilities and services, including loans and grants therefor, in accordance with title III of the Defense Housing and Community Facilities and Services Act of 1951, including administrative expenses in connection with direct Federal construction of such facilities, $4,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1953.
