FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCY Social Security Administration salaries and expenses, bureau of old-age and survivors insurance The amount authorized to be expended from the Federal old-age and survivors insurance trust fund, for “Salaries and expenses, Bureau of Old-Age and Survivors Insurance”, by the Federal Security Agency Appropriation Act, 1952, is increased from “$58,000,000” to “$60,100,000”. Office of the Administrator surplus property disposal For an additional amount for “Surplus property disposal”, $40,000. defense community facilities and services For an additional amount for “Defense community facilities and services”, Federal Security Agency, $4,000,000, to remain available until June 30, 1953; and the amount of the appropriation for “Salaries and expenses, defense community facilities and services”, granted in the Second Supplemental Appropriation Act, 1952, shall be available until June 30, 1953, for necessary expenses of the Federal Security Agency in connection with its functions under the Defense. Housing and Community Facilities and Services Act of 1951, including services as authorized by section 15 of the Act of August 2, 1946 (5 U. S. C. 55a). Railroad Retirement Board salaries and expenses, railroad retirement board (trust fund) For an additional amount for “Salaries and expenses, Railroad Retirement Board (trust fund)”, $1,600,000, to be derived from the railroad retirement account; and the limitation under this head in the Railroad Retirement Board Appropriation Act, 1952, on the amount available for personal services, is increased from “$3,799,724” to “$5,259,000”.
