SEC. 1144. DETERMINATIONS OF THE SECRETARY. Section 1017(b) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–198; 99 Stat. 1459) is amended by striking “1986 through 1990” and inserting “1991 through 1995”.
