military construction, army civilian components The unexpended balance in the appropriation account “Military construction, Army civilian components, 1951–1952”, as established pursuant to section 403 (b) of the National Security Act of 1947, as amended, shall be merged with the appropriation “Military construc- 66 Stat. 312tion, Army civilian components”, and shall remain available until June 30, 1954: Provided, That money available under this head and to be expended under the provisions of section 3 (c), Public Law 783, Eighty-first Congress, may be used for the construction of armory facilities for company or battery size and larger units.
