International Wheat Agreement

International Wheat Agreement The Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to discharge indebtedness of the Commodity Credit Corporation to the Secretary of the Treasury by cancelling notes issued by the Corporation to the Secretary of the Treasury in the amount of $182,162,250 for the net costs during the fiscal year 1951 under the International Wheat Agreement Act of 1949 (7 U. S. C. 1641–1642).
