SEC. 1806. DOCUMENTATION FOR APPROVAL OF SECURITY TRANSFER Section 331(h)(2) (as amended and so redesignated by section 1805 of this Act) is amended by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following: “, and shall document the consent of the Secretary for the transfer of the property of a borrower in the file of the borrower”.
