SUPERVISED CREDIT.

SEC. 1820. SUPERVISED CREDIT. Subtitle D (7 U.S.C. 1981 et seq.) is amended by adding after the sections added by sections 1818(a) and 1819 of this Act the following new section: 104 STAT. 3831 “SEC. 361. SUPERVISED CREDIT. “The Secretary shall provide adequate training to employees of the Farmers Home Administration on credit analysis and financial and farm management to— “(1) better acquaint the employees with what constitutes adequate financial data on which to base a direct or guaranteed loan approval decision; and “(2) ensure proper supervision of farmer program loans.”.
