SEC. 1823. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING FmHA LOAN APPLICATION REVIEW AND LOAN SERVICING. (a) Findings.— Congress finds that reports issued by the Inspector General of the Department of Agriculture and the Comptroller General of the United States found problems with the system of loan application review, and monitoring of loan servicing of guaranteed loans, used under the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1921 et seq.). (b) Sense of Congress.— It is the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Agriculture should quickly take all actions necessary to correct the problems identified by the reports and report to Congress on the actions taken.
