SEC. 1831. REFERENCES TO THE FARM CREDIT ACT OF 1971. Wherever in this subtitle an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or other provision of the Farm Credit Act of 1971 (12 U.S.C. 2001 et seq.), except to the extent otherwise specifically provided.
