FEDERAL SECURITY AGENCY Office of Education grants for surveys and school construction For an additional amount for “Grants for surveys and school construction,” to remain available until expended, $50,000,000, of which such amount as the Commissioner of Education determines to be necessary shall be available for urgently needed school facilities in areas determined by the President to be critical areas by reason of national defense activities: Provided, That appropriations and contract authorizations heretofore granted under this head, shall also be available to enable the Commissioner to provide school facilities pursuant to sections 203 and 204 of the Act of September 23, 1950 (Public Law 815).
