Sec. 301. The National Guard of the United States and the Army Reserve are reserve components of the Army. AH officers and enlisted members of the National Guard of the United States and all officers and enlisted members of the Army Reserve are Reserve officer’s and Reserve enlisted members, respectively, of the Army.
