SEC. 1854. INDIAN LAND ACQUISITION PROGRAM. (a) Limited Resource Interest Rate.— Section 5 of Public Law 91–229 (25 U.S.C. 492) is amended by striking “section 307(a)” and inserting “section 307(a)(3)(B)”. (b) Authorization of Appropriations.— Public Law 91–229 (25 U.S.C. 488 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: “SEC. 6. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. “There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991 through 1995.”.
