Sec. 811. (a) Nothing in this Act shall be construed to repeal, limit, or modify, in any manner, the authority to order persons or units to active military service or training pursuant to the Universal Military Training and Service Act, as amended. (b) Except as otherwise specifically provided in section 806 (g), nothing in .this Act shall be construed as changing existing law’s pertaining to the Chief of the National Guard Bureau.
