Section 512 (b) of the Servicemen’s Readjustment Act of 1944, as amended, is amended by striking out “(D)” and inserting in lieu thereof “(C)” and by inserting before the period at the end thereof the following: “, except that if a commitment to make such a loan was issued by the Administrator prior to that date the loan may be completed subsequent to such date”.
