Sec. 207. (a) The first sentence of section 202 (c) (1) (A) of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended, is amended by striking out the following: “which is located in a city of less than two million five hundred thousand population according to the 1940 decennial census and”. (b) Section 202 (c) (1) (B) of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended, is repealed. (c) The proviso in section 204 (h) of the Housing and Rent Act of 1947, as amended, is repealed.
