S, C. 784 (c)); performance of the functions vested in the Secretary by title I of the Labor-Management “Relations Act, 1947 (29 U. S. C. 159 (f) and (g)); and not to exceed $70,000 for the work of the President’s Committee on National Employ the Physically Handicapped Week, as authorized by the Act of July 11, 1949 (63 Stat. 409), including purchase of reports and of material for informational exhibits and expenses of attendance of cooperating officials and consultants at conferences concerned with the work of the Bureau of Labor Standards; $700,003.
