FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION Salaries and expenses: For necessary expenses of the Federal Trade Commission, including contract stenographic reporting services, not to exceed $500 for newspapers, and not to exceed $163,035 for expenses of travel, $4,053,800: Provided, That no part of the foregoing appropriation shall be expended upon any investigation hereafter provided by concurrent resolution of the Congress until funds are appropriated subsequently to the enactment of such resolution to finance the cost of such investigation: Provided further, That no part of the foregoing appropriation shall be available for a statistical analysis of the consumer’s dollar.
